At Popular Wedding Favors, we take pride in the quality of our products and we are dedicated to ensuring that we meet your expectations.

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

• If your order is defective in any way, you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a credit, exchange, or full refund.
• Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging within 7 days of the time you receive your order.
• Returned items that have been used or removed from their original packaging will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.
• For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

• All food items, customized orders or personalized items are non-returnable. These items are marked accordingly.

Return Authorization

• All returns must receive prior authorization by e-mailing us through our contact form and entering Return Authorization under “Occasion”. You will then receive a Return Authorization Number from us which must be included with your returned items. Refunds will not be issued on returns that do not include a valid Return Authorization Number.

Cancellations

• Cancellations will only be accepted if we have not yet processed your order. (Note: Most orders are processed immediately upon receipt)

Restocking Fees

• Any items that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping and Handling

All shipping rates will be determined using standard UPS ground rates. These rates will be automatically added to your order during checkout. After your final order is confirmed including tax and shipping, you will then fill out both your billing and shipping addresses. All of our estimated shipping times are noted with each individual product.

The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred because of incorrect shipping information, so please take care when entering all information.

At this time we are only able to ship within the United States.

Ohio residents will be charged sales tax.

During the months of June – September, orders of candles and candies may be subject to 2nd day air shipping charges to prevent melting.

• We may aggregate statistics regarding the general browsing history of the site for analysis purposes.
• If you elect to signup for our mailing list, you agree to receive information from Popular Wedding Favors in regards to products and services that we and our partners provide.
